The Sun Park Foundation for Music Education is dedicated to expanding access to meaningful music education opportunities for talented students in need. We support young musicians through scholarships, mentorship, educational support, and performance opportunities, helping them develop their artistry and reach their full potential.

🎓 Texas Wesleyan Scholarship Award
An opportunity to be recognized and supported, while growing as a musician.
Open to Texas Wesleyan music majors and minors (all instruments and voice).
Audition: Saturday, May 2, 2026
Nicholas Martin Hall, Texas Wesleyan University
Application Deadline: April 30, 2026
Requirements:
• Live performance (max 10 minutes, from current academic year)
• Short reflection essay (personal connection to repertoire)
Evaluation (100 pts):
• Performance – 50
• Written Essay – 25
• Cumulative GPA – 25
🏆 Awards:
• 3 recipients selected
• Scholarship award, trophy, and certificate
• Awards will be presented at Wesleyan at the Modern in October 2026
• Recipients will also be featured as performers at the event
